Quick Upper & Core Circuit

For this workout you will need a dumbbell and a mat or soft surface.

This workout is performed circuit style – 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off. There are 8 exercises, you will complete all 8 exercises in the 40 on, 20 off style before taking a 1 minute break and then repeating the circuit. If you repeat the circuit 3 times you have yourself a nice quick workout that’ll take less than 30 minutes.

Here’s the workout:

  1. push-ups
  2. weighted russian twists
  3. shoulder press
  4. plank
  5. bent over rows
  6. reverse crunches
  7. bicep curls
  8. tricep dips
