Dumbbell Full Body

For this workout you will need a dumbbell or kettlebell. There are 4 different rounds consisting of 3 exercises each. Each exercise is to be completed for 8-12 reps, and if it’s a unilateral exercise, do 8-12 for each side!

Round #1

  • dumbbell single arm snatch
  • kettlebell swing (single arm)
  • standing side oblique dips

Round #2

  • lunge press thrusters
  • bulgarian split squats
  • B-stance hip thrusts

Round #3

  • stiff leg deadlifts
  • bicep curl to shoulder press
  • single arm bent over row

Round #4

  • russian twists
  • plank shoulder taps
  • mountain climbers
