At-Home Workouts
It’s May 2020, we’ve been on lockdown since the middle of March and gyms have been closed since then. I know we’ve all been struggling with trying to motivate ourselves to workout with the minimal equipment we have at home – so I’m here to help. I’m compiling a page full of all the workouts I’ve been doing at home. There’s everything from bodyweight workouts, to full body HIIT, to strength building dumbbell exercises. We can get through this quarantine and come out of the other side arguably fitter than we were before?! Let’s do this.
