For this workout you will need a dumbbell or kettlebell. There are 4 different rounds consisting of 3 exercises each. Each exercise is to be completed for 8-12 reps, and if it’s a unilateral exercise, do 8-12 for each side!

- dumbbell single arm snatch
- kettlebell swing (single arm)
- standing side oblique dips
Round #2
- lunge press thrusters
- bulgarian split squats
- B-stance hip thrusts
Round #3
- stiff leg deadlifts
- bicep curl to shoulder press
- single arm bent over row
Round #4
- russian twists
- plank shoulder taps
- mountain climbers
